If you have a problem with a transaction, you can contact the seller to resolve the problem. If the seller isn't responsive or you can't come to some kind of agreement, you can escalate to our admin team. Just use the "Discuss With Admin" button in the transaction messages:

This will open a direct message to our admin team which will help you out. As a buyer you are protected against fraudulent sellers. Examples might include:

 - You received a card not in the condition agreed upon (CardRocket only supports Near Mint currently)
 - You received a fake card
 - You didn't receive the correct quantity of a card you ordered

If any of these happen your transaction can be refunded and action can be taken against the seller. Each case is evaluated individually.
